ご利用にあたっての注意事項
- お見積り: 現地調査の結果、壁内の状況等により追加費用が発生する場合があります。その際は必ず着工前にご相談いたします。
- キャンセル: 材料発注後、または作業当日のキャンセルについては、所定のキャンセル料（材料代・人件費等）を申し受ける場合がございます。
- 免責事項: 施工箇所以外の経年劣化による不具合や、不可抗力による損害については責任を負いかねます。
- 保証: 弊社施工に起因する不具合については、施工後５年間無償で対応いたします（器具本体はメーカー保証に準じます）。
English Version: Service Terms & Disclaimer
- Quotations: Additional costs may arise based on on-site conditions (e.g., wiring inside walls). We will consult you before proceeding with any extra work.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made after parts are ordered or on the day of service may incur a fee (including material and labor costs).
- Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for malfunctions caused by pre-existing deterioration outside the specific work area or damages due to force majeure.
- Warranty: We provide a 5-year warranty for defects resulting from our workmanship. Product defects are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
